Fully Loaded Seafood Chowder (Entrée) As the name suggests – fully loaded with premium seafood with a creamy chowder sauce poured at your table. $19

Canterbury Angus 700g Bone In Rib-Eye 21-day aged grass-fed Angus from Canterbury served to your liking with a choice of potato and sauce; we recommend truffled mash and béarnaise. $77

Ora King Salmon Served with baby pea and scallop risotto and avocado salsa verde. $38

Angus Hereford Cross 150g Eye Fillet 28-day aged South Canterbury Angus served to your liking with a choice of potato and sauce; we recommend beef dripping fries and horseradish. $36

K.A.C.B (Brasserie Menu) This ‘Kick Arse Cheese Burger’ consists of a prime beef patty, swiss & cheddar, pickles, tomato, red onion, mustard, and ketchup all in a brioche with fries. $19

Braised Beef Short Rib (Brasserie Menu) Falling off the bone and served with KC sauce, new potato and green salad. $28
