The wait is over! We’ve just had word that the 2011 dates for the iD Dunedin Fashion Week have been announced. The week, which ranks amongst the world’s top fashion events, will take place from Tuesday 5 April till Sunday 10 April 2011, and it will celebrate Dunedin’s unique style, creativity and fashion identity.
The iD Dunedin Fashion Week is now in its 12th year and showcases the very best of emerging international and New Zealand fashion designers. The great New Zealand fashion event has come a long way and is now marked bright-red in the world’s top designers’ and fashionistas’ diaries. And for that reason the 2011 iD Dunedin Fashion Week was been moved from March to April. March is already crowded with top international fashion events such as the Paris, Milan and London Fashion Weeks. But as many international guest designers and judges love to attend the iD Dunedin Fashion Week, the 2011 iD has been scheduled slightly later than usual.
Of course we’ll update you as soon as full iD programmes and exclusive events will be announced.
