The Te Ihi Te Wehi – Spellbound Rotorua Festival of Arts 2011 is in full swing, and with 19 days of musical, visual and performance arts there is something for everyone.

The Rotorua Festival of Arts 2011, which will go on until Thursday 10 March, includes many free events and features everything from Maori culture events and Kiwi plays to improv comedy, kids shows and exhibitions especially designed for the festival.

For the party of a lifetime, book the bus dance tour Back of the Bus, for an evening full of laughter, check out comedy shows like Niu Sila or Shakespeare the Musical, for a sophisticated musical feast don’t miss out on performances by New Zealand Symphony Orchestra soloists and for a dose of Maori arts, book tickets for the He Reo Ahora. You can also catch the Royal New Zealand Ballet on tour and check out stunning visual art exhibitions.

For details on all Rotorua Festival of Arts events, visit www.rotoruaartsfestival.co.nz; tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
