On Day 1, spend the morning taking in the stunning Victorian and Edwardian architecture in Dunedin, either by taking a guided city tour or going for a self-guided walk and explore one of Dunedin's many attractions. In the afternoon head to the Otago Peninsula and see wildlife at Taiaroa Head, visit Larnach Castle and the New Zealand Marine Studies Centre. On Day 2, Jump on board the Taieri Gorge Railway and then finish the day at a Haggis Ceremony! On Day 3, go out on the water with Monarch Wildlife Cruises and Tours to see an amazing array of coastal wildlife. On Day 4, travel north to Waitaki’s Moeraki Boulders. In the evening, visit the Oamaru Blue Penguin Colony. On Day 5, take a walking tour of Oamaru’s Historic Precinct and enjoy lunch at Whitestone Cheese Factory. Afterwards, visit Parkside Stone Quarry and the Vanished World Fossil Centre in Duntroon.
